Answered: Apache can't be restart after OCSInventoryNG installed

[root@localhost ~]# cpan -i Apache2::SOAP
CPAN: Storable loaded ok (v2.45)

CPAN: Module::CoreList loaded ok (v2.76_02)
Apache2::SOAP is up to date (0.73).

 

I have installed and updated the Apache2::SOAP, but apache can't be restarted.

And it prompted :
