Mass Import local Files

Hi,

how can i import local scanned Files on the OCS NG Server (v2.1). See this message

"perl ocsinventory-injector.pl -v -r -d your_directory -u http://localhost/ocsinventory"

But where is this perl script ? Cant find it. Do i have start this on my windows PC or on the OCSNG Server ?
