Some agents send HTTP ERROR #500 but were working 2 hours ago

Hello,

I can't receive some agent inventory for some Windows agents in my network which are sending #500 error now.

I try to restart apache, reinstall agent for each computers that are not sending inventory.

Here are the error.log from apache :
