Some computer's User field are emtpy. Entries are merged correctly now in the latest version, with AUTO_DUPLICATE_LVL set to hostname & serial.
How can I prevent empty user fields in the first place? What is the problem here? Is the agent collecting the data at a moment when the user isn't logged in or the device is locked?
