Getting error code 2 when deploying Windows Agent from MDT

I'm trying to deploy the Windows Agent to workstations during their initial Windows deployment (using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit).  All other applications I've tried are installing fine, but OCS is returning error code 2 and failing.  I'm running the agent installer using the /S switch, which I can do manually on the same machine after deployment with no issues.  Has anyone tried this successfully, and/or has any ideas of what error code 2 might be?
