Answered: ocsinventory server doesnt show inventory from agents

good afternoon,

install the two versions of OCS ( OCS Inventory NG management server version 2.1.2 and 2.0.5 ) on two servers one ubuntu operating system and other Windows Server 2008 that is 4 times I installed the application .

the problem is that when I install agents on the PCs (version 2.0.5 and 2.1.2 ) the information is not shown PCs to servers , as if there was connection between server and client)

I use the tool five years ago and had no problems capturing the server machine information .

please your help to resolve the issue and put into production the application , I need to make an inventory of almost 200 teams .
