Answered: some body know how can integrate OCS and OTRS

I've found this article on Internet. http://www.neteye-blog.com/2014/05/cmdb-integration-between-otrs-and-ocs-inventory/

You can export inventory to an csv file and import it in OTRS or use SOAP to ask OCS from OTRS.
