Hi @InventoryUser,

as far as I know, the agent problem detected as a virus is actually a false positive and corresponds to the version of the windows v agent. 2.3.1.1 or v. 2.3.1.0

Regarding the version of the agent 2.3.0.0 you are talking about, I never noticed any problem related to any virus (or false positive).

I would like to know if someone can help me solving my problem. The statistics page is showing blank with no results. Apart from that, it´s all fine.
My question now is, this is a bug?

How to connect glpi in OCS inventory

Hello,

I have been run OCS inventory and find the way to configuration it to glpi

I want the data from OCS inventory synchronize to glpi.

Cloud you kindly suggest how to connect it together  please because i try to search

on google several times and i doesn't understand it.

Bonjour,

mon probleme est que la description change  lorsque la session est verouillé alors que cette information est toujours disponible quelque soit l'etat de la session.

J'aimerais que la description corresponde dans tous les cas au commentaire (description de l'ordinateur) et non pas la version de windows

LWP::Protocol::https perl module is missing

Hello guys! thank you for this software. Its been great using it, but with the latest versions i have this issue with the Agent:

[error] [download] LWP::Protocol::https perl module is missing !!
[error] [download] Humm my prerequisites are not OK...disabling module :( :(
Cannot establish communication : 501 Protocol scheme 'https' is not supported (LWP::Protocol::https not installed)

I'm using the RPM Repo for Enterprise Linux 7 from here

What am i missing ? I had the agent installed with all the Dependencies.

Hi,

Could you please post ocsinventory.ini file content?

As I can see in your ocsinventory.log file the url is set to https://spoivt01.gpssa.com.br/ocsinventory. Is ssl set to 1 in ocsinventory.ini file? Is ssl correctly setup on the ocs server? Has the certificate be copied on the client?

Comment a été construit le certificat? Quelle est la valeur du champ CN dans le certificat? Quelle est la définition du champ server dans le fichier ocsinventory.ini? Merci de poster le contenu du fichier ocsinventory.ini.

Bonjour ,

Afin d'installer dans les différents machines du parc l'agent ocs adéquat par rapport à la version windows utilisée

Windows 10 Professionnel

Windows 8 Pro

Windows Server 2003 Standard

Windows Server 2008 R2

J'ai utilisé OCS-NG_WINDOWS_AGENT_v2.3.1.0 (pour les machines windows 7) et                                             OCS-NG_WINDOWS_AGENT_v2.1.1.1 (pour les machines xp )

Quelle est la version compatible à la fois avec les versions du windows installés et ocs 2.3.1

Bonjour,

Le CN du certificat doit correspondre au nom du serveur défini dans le fichier ocsinventory.ini. Donc ici CN=monserveur.

A quoi correspond exactement monserveur? adresse ip ou fqdn du serveur OCS?

Linux OCSNG 2.3.1 With Agent 2.3.1.1 Missing Users

Our OCS Inventory NG 2.3.1 With Agent 2.3.1.1 has been missing a lot of computer's usernames. It is very random and nothing seems to fix it. We have tried to uninstall and reinstall it without any changes. I tried to upgrade to OCSNG 2.4 however, I ran into a lot of issues. Is there something I can try to fix this? It has been happening for years. Thanks

this is my environment.


  • PHP Version :5.4.16
    Web Server :Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) PHP/5.4.16 mod_perl/2.0.10 Perl/v5.16.3
    Database Server :MariaDB Server version 5.5.56-MariaDB

Error Code 1062 = The service has not been started

I am trying to run a build of OCS Windows Agent 2.3.1.1. I am getting this when I press "Run OCS Inventory NG Agent Now" I get this: 
Error Code 1062 = The service has not been started

I know that the service has the stopped state but why it is not starting ? What could be wrong here ??
 Secondly, If I start the service manually then on pressing "Show Inventory Information":

Failed sending control message to OCS Inventory Service... Error code 109 = The pipe has been ended


Secondly, I don't know can this be a problem with an External Dependencies ?
Any help in this regard will be appreciated...
