Hi frankb,

I've upgraded from 2.2 or 2.2.1 to 2.3 before the latest 2.3.1.

I don't have the problem when I was in 2.2 (or 2.2.1) and I don't import local inventory when I was in 2.3 so I don't know if the local import is broken since the 2.2 > 2.3 upgrade or the 2.3 > 2.3.1 upgrade.

For information, I made reinstallation after renaming all the ocs folder (I don't remember how many, sorry)... Unfortunately, the problem is still here.

So, the only things I don't touch at this time is the database, maybe we can search this way ?

Bonjours, 

Après installation de ocs-inventory  serveur 2.3.1 sous debian 7.7.0  quand je me rend sur http://ip-ocs/ocsreports/ celui-ci m'affiche l'erreur 500 je suis donc allé voir dans les logs de apache mais comme je débute , je ne sais pas trop comment m'y prendre pour réparer les erreurs :

je vois qu'il n'a pas la permission mais je ne sais pas à quelle utilisateur la donné et quoi 

merci d'avance  pour vos future réponses

Bonjour dans le cas de mon stage je réalise une plateforme OCS/GLPI mais l'agent ne se connecte pas au serveur.

Voici les logs de l'agent:

Hello everyone,

Today we use OCS inventory for one client we would like to use it for multiple client is that possible on same server ? And if it is there is a tutorial or something to get started ?

We use GLPI to manage our clients. Each client have his own entity can we import OCS inventory to one entity ?

The goal is to have multiple ocs inventory and one glpi and to sync each ocs to one glpi entity.

Salut,

Peux-tu envoyer le fichier configuration de ton agent ?

Une requête http sur le port 3306 ? Essaye de désactiver ton pare-feu et/ou ouvrir le port 80/3306 sur ton serveur.

Normalement l'adresse est : http://ip_serveur_ocs/ocsinventory, pas besoin de préciser le port.

Salut,

A priopri au vu des logs il faut que tu modifies les droits sur le fichier /usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports/index.php. (permission denied)

export not working with columns

Hello,

I can't make export from "search with various criterias" work

I perform a customized search, that works

When i show more columns than the defaults one (like the 2 searched terms), it works

When i try to export the results, both added columns are empty (but showed)

Am i the only one with this error ?

 

  • PHP 5.6.30
  • Apache/2.4.10 (Debian)
  • (Debian) version 5.5.47-0+deb8u1
  • Ocs Server 2.3.1

Bonjour,

il peut être important de préciser le port si celui-ci a été redirigé...

Les ports 80, 443 ou 3306 ne sont pas toujours disponibles, en particulier si le serveur OCS n'est pas dans le même LAN que le client.

Je pense aussi qu'il faudrait vérifier les accès du client jusqu'au serveur.

En regardant le code source de la page, il apparait que le chemin d'accès au fichiers js pose problème.

Hello everyone,

I'd like to search a software name and find out who has installed it. It does a great job on the web, but it will be great to query it via SQL with a script to do so.

The problem is that I couldn't find anything about "software" on phpmyadmin (only found dico_software under ocsweb, but nothing in it.). Does anyone know where it is?

Please, I have recently installed the OCS 2.1.2 release.
On a windows server 2012 R2.
For the installation of the client, also in windows 7 and I am experiencing the following error: Service encounter error <Faile to load / parse last inventory state>

Detail: Firewall is disabled on both server and client

How frequent the agent would update the server?

Hi All,

I have checked that there is a parameter "FREQUENCY" about how frequent the agent would update the server (correct if I am wrong).

However, I have a windows machine with agent installed, I wait for more than 24 hrs, however, I cannot see there is any update to the server (I can manually update the server my running the agent).

Is that normal?
